Registration Fees and Postgraduate Bursaries

We can now confirm our conference fee options: the standard fee is £25, with the student/concessionary fee at £15. We're very grateful to BAVS for their sponsorship, meaning that we are able to offer such reduced fee rates. We hope this will allow as many delegates to attend as possible. Registration will open in April.

Also, details will be on the website in the next few weeks regarding a number of travel bursaries to be made available to postgraduate speakers. We'll get the updates on the blog as soon as they've been confirmed.

Response to CFPs

The abstract deadline has now passed, so thank you very much to all who expressed their interest in the conference and submitted a proposal. The range of responses and engagement with the call for papers is excellent, and we can't wait to start putting together what looks to be a great conference programme.

We'll be confirming speakers within the next few weeks, and aim to have a draft programme up on the website by the end of March. Registration details will also be noted online shortly too.
